Todd Sullivan
Todd has spent over 30 years building and designing homes across the Greater Spokane and North Idaho region through Sullivan Homes, the construction company he built from the ground up. His passion for design — combined with decades of hands-on construction experience — led to the founding of CDA Home Plans, a standalone design firm dedicated to the home planning and design experience that North Idaho deserves. When he’s not designing or building, Todd can be found in Coeur d’Alene working on his vintage race cars or spending time with his family.
Jamison Sullivan
Jamison is the third generation of Sullivan builders and designers. He started in the field — which means he brings something most designers can’t offer: the practical, common-sense perspective of someone who has actually done the work. He designs alongside his dad, and that collaboration is baked into every plan that leaves this office. When he’s not in the field or drafting plans, Jamison is restoring old hot rods or spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their Australian Shepherd, Bellamy.

CDA Home Plans is affiliated with Sullivan Homes — one of North Idaho’s most established construction companies, with nearly 1,000 homes built across the region over three decades. That relationship gives our plans something most design firms can’t offer: they’re drawn by people who understand what happens when a plan meets a job site. Through Sullivan Homes’ partnerships with regional suppliers and engineers — including stamped truss engineering through Northwest Truss — our clients get plans that are built to perform, not just built to pass permitting.
